Negatives of today – still feeling horribly sick and tired. So so queasy

- Vile Freak constantly banging on the floor and walls every time a child moved

- Alfie getting extremely manic

Positives of today – a fairly productive shopping trip to the Fort

- a nice lunch with the kids in M&S

- playing on the park

- getting lots done – all 3 beds changed, washing sorted, clothes sorted, finances done, picnic made, kids bathed

- homemade butternut squash soup with homemade bread

- funny, intelligent children – Holly has known all her colours for ages, and Alfie just knows everything

- spending time with gorgeous hubby and fab kids

So the good outweighs the bad
