After homemade pancakes for breakfast, Nanny and Grandad arrived and we went our separate ways – Grandad, Rich and kids to the park, me and Mom to the shops I got a lovely new coat from New Look with my vouchers, and Mom bought me a nicetop and cardie from H&M. It was so nice to have a proper wander round the shops and a coffee in M&S where you could actually chat I still need some trousers as nowhere had the right type in short length, but it was still very productive and a lovely break

I can’t speak for the boys (and Holly!) but all reports are that they had a fantastic time involving woodland walks, toadstools, feeding the ducks and general outdoors fun.

We all met up afterwards at Pizza Express for a delicious lunch Back home the kids spent ages riding their bikes round and round the garden whilst Rich mowed the lawn and I did some chores. I think they wore Nanny and Grandad out (who declared that it had been a fantastic day )
